To Whom It Might Concern,
Friday January 25 I attended an appointment at "great expectations"Maitland office at 11:00AM and my experience was not a very pleasent one. Kim explain to me the various membership options and process.I decided, that at that moment I did not wanted to make a decision on an inpulse.I just wanted to take the information home an study it, an analyse if this it was something I really wanted to do.After all your membership is consider to me an investment on my future.I do not like to be push to make decisions specially of considerable amounts of money. I felt I was at a used car lot or maybe at a time share resort, were the selling techniques are very pushy.Where the client is being isolated and constrain in a small room in order to forced them to make a decision. Kim insited that I had to make a decision at that moment and just like an at used car lot she even left the room in one occasion. Then offered me a price I could not refused, according to her.The original price $6,995 was reduce to $4,000 .

I was very clear an polite to let her know that I had to think about it.I did not want to make her waste her time nor mine.At that moment I could tell she got really upset, her face expression changed. Then finnally I was escorted to the exit door were she sheacked my hand and told me "You will remember me, wend you are jerk around by guys" . At that moment I knew I had mad the right the decision I do not want to be associated or conducting business with such an unprofesional individual. Kim represents the company "Great expectations" and in my opinion it should be rename to reprents very "low expectations". I do not want a company like that to be handeling my personal information. My first impulse was to requested the document were I had wrote my social security number. But I gave the benefit of the doubt and trusted than eventhough I was not treated professionally my personal information would be handle in a secure maner.

Saturday I received a message indicating there was some new activity in my credit report. To my surprised the company had made an inquiry in my record on Saturday Jan.26. I inmediately called the office asked for Kim or a Manager .I was told no one was available. I left a message but, I would be really surprised if I receive a respond.

I would like to know why an inquire was made on my credit on Saturday eventhough I specifically said I did not want to become a member?

I can tell you I do not trust this company is conducting business in a professional manner.

I wont recommend this company to anyone is a scam & rip off!!!!
