Don't hire Orlando under any circumstances!! This guy is the worst. Never on time, never does what you tell him, never does what he says he'll do. The steps he attempted to build for me were so awful that I had to hire someone else to finish the job. He agreed to pay me $650 for his screwup but after dozens of calls and 10 months of asking for my money and getting the run around, I finally gave up. I'd give him zero stars. The cops should arrest this guy.
