My fiance and I have been waiting over a month for our last checks to be sent. We've been given the run around the entire time. Corporate hasn't returned our calls a single time. We are not the only people this has happened to by great lakes management. They've stolen money from me, failed to send my checks, worked me off the clock unpaid for 100 + hours, called the police on a former employee about stolen money, even though when I first started working at this location the gm told myself, the crew and new manager that she removed the money and would replace it, she told us not to worry about it. On top of all of that, refused to put cameras in the store even though I pushed for it to happen numerous times.

I was given the assistant manager roll without the pay. I got the hours but only half was paid, if that. I was made to work 14 hour shifts, 6 hours unpaid, to do the managers job. I was told that if I didn't I would loose my job, and for the past year my living situation hasn't been the greatest. My Outlook was that having this job was better than having no job. Oh, was I wrong. I've recently made a big move to Oklahoma with my fiance. The manager knew we were moving that Saturday, and still the following Monday, picked up our checks from corporate as is we were still living in Texas.

This store and management have done many illegal things and I myself and my fiance been a victim for far too long. This needs to end now. I've never had a good experience working with subway. Great lakes management and all of the subway stores underneath this management need to be closed down permanently. I'm going to turn this to a legal matter. This is illegal and I am struggling because great lakes management refuses to send me my money as if it's theirs to keep.
