The customer doesnt quite understand how registration works I guess?

Mr. Kris Karpinski actually has no problems whatsoever, like every other customer he bought a car and has the vehicle registered.. Thats it!

His registration might have taken 2 weeks longer, that's because his Motor Vehicle department returned his own application 2 times because his address wasn't matching. After finding out that his address on file was changed because he moved 3 days after buying the cars from us, Mr Karpinski made it seem as if that was our problem.
Kris Karpinski also failed to get an inspection for either of his vehicles, delaying the process even further and arguing with us that "thats not my problem, you sell the car you have to inspect it"

Not once in 8 years has anyone ever told me that! (consumer ignorance i call it)

The man is not very fluent in english, and his parents who also signed with him understand nothing. This was hard on us because we are in NY and him in CT. We have no problems with anything because the registration was resolved a very long time ago.
The customer has been such an unclear nuisance that after a 6 month relationship we politely asked him to stop harrasing us. He doesnt seem to be mature enough to stop wasting everyone's time.
To make matters even more complicated Mr Karpinski has defaulted on 1 of his cars for the last 2 months. Sad story, and we were the ones as the alleged rip off artists? Where did we rip you off?
