Great Plains Lending RIP OFF is an understatement Edmond Oklahoma

A payment was coming due so I called in advance the 1st of July, last of June to let Great Plains know I was being laid off from my job, my last paycheck would be mailed out and there wouldn't be any money in my account. I also stated I had found a job but of course it would take 3 weeks for me to get a paycheck BUT I would call to let them know when I could make a payment.  I recently checked my account after receiving a slip from my bank and Great Plains had made several attempts to draft money from account and left me substantially in the negative. I called to inquire why debits were still being made, even though I called previously and was told by a supervisor Chris, he would pull my call. I called back two days later and was told I did say I did not have any money but did not mention to stop the payments. I inquired if I called and said I would not have money in my account why would they attempt a payment?? After going around and around I spoke to another supervisor and was told the same thing.. I inquired if I had not called in wouldn't I have received the same end result and I should not have called.. Apparently this co is not making enough money with the 500% interest rate but also wants customers to pay overdrafts plus there fees and will not admit when they make a mistake.. I will be contacting the BBB.. BEWARE of this HORRIBLE company!! Highway robbery
