Great Saunas, Inc. Killing my cancer ridden daughter, 18 months and still not working, Please help to put them out of business forever Waterloo Ontario

I purchased an infrared sauna from great(rip-off)saunas in February 2007. My daughter, who is fighting against cancer, was advised by her doctor to take infrared sauna treatments to clean out the toxins in her body. The spa arrived, was installed professionally, and did not work.
I have been lied to and misled with broken promises by ROSEANNE BROWN for 18 months now. This company will not stand behind their product! Please, if you are a media type, help me to get the word out. Save the rest of the consumers from being taken advantage of by this unscrupulous company. This should make for a great investigative report or human interest story.

Mr. Feenstra did purchase his sauna from Great Saunas. In May 2009 Great Saunas sent a check to Mr. Feenstra for $500 and also, in 2009, sent a replacement sauna to him in California.
There was a management change in 2010, and our priority is looking after our customers and ensuring that this type of situation does not occur.
