Let me Preface this report by giving some background on myself. I have been involved with Greater Wealth Productions since 2003 and, have known GW Welsh(owner/founder/president), personally since 2001. Throughout the years I have been directly involved in several Greater Wealth projects, many unfinished. The entire time witnessing countless fraudulent practices and misleading relations perpetrated by GW Welsh.

Through this report, I intend prevent any prospective actors, technical crew, or creative types from suffering at the hands of this incredibly unprofessional and unqualified "Production Company". I will achieve this by recounting the projects I have been involved in and accounting for each instant of fraudulent behavior. But first must give you background on the company itself, namely GW Welsh.

Since GWP's establishment GW Welsh has consciously misled actors into believing that films are financed with a qualified crew, proper equipment, and studio. The list of actors misled include, but are not limited to; Ezra Bussington, Aaron Aguilera, Bill Mosely, Michael Berryman, Richard Hatch, and Kimbo Slice. Ultimately, when the projects fell through, the company either cuts all communication with the actors, or covers up the situation.

Until the year 2011 Greater wealth Productions was filed as a business under the cheapest and most basic business license, sometimes operating completely unlicensed. The company's official website since 2004 is filed as a ".org" yet it is for a company, not an organization. After 2011 GWP is filed by GW, as an S-corp, with the home office on file being a UPS box used for personal mail. This move was made to look more legitimate to the investors that GW was talking with at the time.

The positions within the hierarchy of the corporation were chosen on the spot by GW himself, randomly placing names of friends into positions without paying them or giving them the authorities and responsibilities of their positions. This practice even goes up as far as the vice president, who is no longer involved because he was never compensated his travel expenses, yet he is still on file as the VP.

Each quarterly report for the company has been filed by GW Welsh himself and filled with imaginary numbers, as the company has not actually spent or earned any money the entire time. The corporation still has no share holders and has operated since the beginning without any board meetings of any kind.

This is all indicative of practices that are based only on convenience or ease, regardless of any legal or ethical standards. GW Welsh, while appearing to have a long standing legitimate business and crew in entertainment, is in reality nothing more than a singular hype man, who is only able to stay afloat through regular, large contributions of money from his parents or student loan stipends.

And now for the specific occurrences. I began working with Greater Wealth Productions on a short film called Unsound in 2003. If that name sounds familiar, it's because GW has repeatedly thrown out Unsound as an example on the company's competence. Even when the film was lost and inaccessible.

At the time, I was a 20 year old middle school drop out that liked to draw. I was amazed to imagine that a friend of mine was making a real feature film, and came by to take a look. I was immediately appalled at how unorganized and without direction the whole production was. Filmed out of a trailer court with no permits signed, one camera, and no story board. Instead of protesting I tried to fill in the gap left by the non existent creative team.

On that film I was responsible for all of the special effects and more. IE bloodwork making masks, making and managing prosthesis, continuity, lighting, and prop-mastering. The entire special effects budget(486$) came out of my pocket, with the promise that GW's grandfather would pay me back, which never happened. This was the first real piece of fraud from Grater Wealth. GW putting his name on the credits as the producer, when it was money from his grandfather and I that payed for the production.

Suddenly production wrapped up and the reason was never clarified. There was no communication on what was going to happen with the film to anyone. It's wasn't until a year and a half later that I was able to pay off the bank for financing the special effects. And it wasn't until 2011 that the film finally made print and was mailed to me from the former director who was no longer
part of the company. Ultimately, the film was not flattering to anyone involved and no one was ever properly compensated for their investment regardless of promises made.

Later in 2006, I had attempted to go to college at IADT Chicago to pursue multimedia and web design. Having just returned from a stint as a drug dealer and pornographer in Florida, GW convinced me that he was ready to seek formal training as a filmmaker. So, GW my sister and myself committed to renting an apartment in Chicago and going to the same college together.

As a tinkerer, once in the apartment, I was motivated to create a new face for Greaterwealth productions. One that is trustworthy reliable, and upholds quality. I began working on a redesign of the GWP website. After getting the go ahead, I then spent a month creating the new website completely on my own. The only thing that I wanted from GW was content of which I received none, leaving the website completely blank, other than boastful promises of projects that were not complete or not even being worked on. The only content available to this day is the Illustrated works of Andrew Dimmitt taken under protest and distributed for free.

One example of content falsely being promoted as a success is Skate the Lake. A documentary about a long boarding event, that GW was contracted to film. Though paid in full and having dealt with professionals of a high order(VANS), GW was unable to fulfill his commitment to editing the footage as he hadn't the equipment or ability. Ultimately ending up breaking off all communications and keeping the footage.

A few months into college, I decided to join a club called the ASA(Anime Society of America), and GW came along. I presented them with the idea to do a project together involving anime, preferably a comic book. GW felt he needed to convince us all to make a film, so he did. It would be called Chicago 2012 and was comprised of a story that I had conceived. This began a two year process that would set the tone for Greater Wealth projects in the future.

Most of the work that was done was GW misleading legitimate production companies, actors, faculty, and the ASA. This was done by bold face lies, creating the illusion that we had a studio, cameras, and finances, though we were simply two untrained guys with no money. After losing over half of the ASA group to intolerance of GW's lies, we started to shift(without informing the ASA) our sights on a local production company called MTC Productions. They were so convinced by GW's lies that they put all of their resources in our hands, believing that it was a sure deal. The primary lies being that Ezra Bussington was going to be involved, and that the movie was already paid for. Bussington later falling off because of ill-communication.

Using MTC's resources we held several auditions for the film, lining to each prospective actor along the way about our credentials and the likelihood of success. After months of keeping the actors in the dark, GW decided to hold a Bar Party for the to raise awareness about the film, bought a band, and invited the actors. The band, called the North and South traveled to Chicago convinced by GW they would have an audience, a place to stay, and a proper pay. The party was in no way promoted. The only people that showed up were a few actors that sadly still believed, and the band.

The band was offered our living room to sleep in and was paid only half as much as they were promised. Sensing their worry I asked them about it and they informed me that they weren't even given enough money to make it home. I gave them 300 dollars, and GW never even worried about it. It was no surprise that a few weeks later, GW dropped out of college, left us with the bills, and avoided all communication with anyone involved on the film. GW passed the buck on to me to either make all of his empty promises true, or to take it on myself to do the ethical thing and tell everyone the truth.

After retreating GW, went on to get married and to do the same things to his new wife. His wife, investing thousands of dollars into his scenes, one involving the growing and trafficking of marijuana, to this day has never seen any return on her investments, or her trust. Cut to 2010, after settling down to live with his wife's mother, GW meets a young man named Bruce, and they form a strong bond through smoking 400$ of weed that GW got on "front" that took him a year and a half to pay back.

GW finds out that Bruce has a very rich father who is eclectic and creative. Taking advantage of this opportunity, GW misleads B into convincing his rich father of Greater Wealth Productions prudence. After meeting with this rich father, GW finds out he's a writer, and offers to make one of his comic books into a film. The rich guy agrees and puts GW into contact with some rich investor friends of his. The Film's title would be K.I.L.L.S.W.I.T.C.H., later known as Fractured: Langley.

This is where I come back in. Having rebuilt my life, and found true love, I am presented by GW the opportunity to make another movie, this time in Washington state. It's not anything that I wanted to do, having the experiences that I had. I told him that I would not be involved in another project unless it was absolutely legitimate. He came back with the lie that all he needed to get the investors' money was to have a list of the crew on board.

I was told that agreements and contracts were in place and signed. That all of the talks had been complete and there was only one step left, for me to say yes or no. I had thought that his failures would have taught him a lesson about lying, or at least, that his wife would not let him continue to lie. So, I was told by GW that, for a fact, the movie would start in MAY 2011, it would only take 7 months, that we would have a studio, and that I would be paid 15$ an hour as the art director. My girlfriend was offered the job as prop master for 11$ an hour. I was then told by GW that me and my girlfriend would both receive a 1000$ advance. So, I agreed to be the Art Director for Fractured Langley.

I had quit my in late April, because I was promised two plane tickets to Washington in early May. Three months later, after ill communication and a lot of financial struggling, I was brought out to Washington by GW's wife in a car. Halfway through the 3 day drive I was informed that there was no contracts, no equipment, the investors' had jumped ship, and that the most unstable and inexperienced person in our group was in charge of pre-production. It was too late to turn around. I had to make it work, but I did not know what was in store.

The entire production was being held out of a 2 bedroom house by nearly 30 inexperienced people who were convinced they were working pro-Bono. It was not long until I found out that each one of those people were tricked just as I was. All of them were made to sign employment forms and tax forms but were never paid. There were 6 people from Indiana that had quit their steady jobs to come work on the film. None of the transportation costs were refunded though it was a part of the deal with GW.

The house that the production was based out of was a party house for weed and heavy drinking. GW believed that he could make things up to everyone by always buying more and more marijuana. All of the food was paid for with food stamps, fraudulently squired. The owner of the house almost single handedly paid for the influx of people on a daily basis, and nearly went bankrupt. His relationship with his girlfriend could not survive the stress.

As it grew more and more obvious that it was all lies, many of us began to find jobs to get by. I however as the #2 of the company, I was still expected to keep up the lie. My phone was the company's call line for actors agents and anything else. I regularly had to stop building tents at work to talk to Judy Fox Talent Agency. The whole time trying to pretend that I wasn't in the throes of dirty labor, and that the production was on schedule.

Just as well the only home we had while up there(though promised hotels) was the home of The leader of a band called Fun Police. Of course This guy had no idea that we were living there because he was on vacation with his fiance'. His house sitter was kind enough to let us stay, even after GW imposed to bring three cats into the house with no litter box. This utter disrespect from GW and his wife ultimately ended in these people being evicted and consequently breaking off their marriage the moment they got home from their vacation. Cat feces still all over their daughters' room.

A reference to the eviction here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTLwiQRUQHs&list=UUGi_pm36t_XT2wtUU0-FcEg&index=1&feature=plcp

After leaving that home, GW still worked to convince legitimate entities, and the crew that the movie was going to get made and that everyone would receive what they were promised. He had found a new investor by manipulating another production company called Comune Productions. He made them believe that everything was as planned, it was simply just postponed because his wife had a gaul bladder infection, this was a lie.

The next home he would flee to was the home of a legitimate and legal marijuana grower for local dispensaries. Having caught the ear of another rich investor, GW had convinced this grower to let him construct a grow room out of her basement. The only precedence that allowed us to live there for 4 months was that he would grow, sell, and give her a cut.

Of course he could not do this for free. So, his plan was to funnel the investors' money out of the production to start growing marijuana and eventually open a dispensary with her son. At the time he had no money and no license to legally grow or smoke. After some time of denial, the woman finally realized that the 50,000$ she was promised would not be coming. He was then thrown out and spent the next 3 months pretending to do work for Comune Productions so that he could have a place  to sleep. For almost every job GW sells himself as a filmmaker, though the entire time he never had a camera, and can only rent cameras from his college.

Most recently he has taken to living back at the party house from before, paying the mortgage with money taken from his student loan stipends, his parents, and his wife.

The last project I was involved in for either production company was to film a charity event for the Backstage Bar and Grill. This event was conceived to document the love that these people had for their daughter who was, at the time, on her deathbed. The entire night, I was the only one who was filming and was not drunk or stoned. I had met with the organizer of the function to convey that I understood their goal to empower and ease the heart of their dying daughter. I promised on myself and the company that we would have this footage to them available as soon as possible. there was no telling how long she would live and she needed to see it.

Left to GW and Comune, that footage was never, to my knowledge, edited or made available to the family who gave us the job. They instead spent the night partying and patting themselves on the back. And this is the crux of the Greater Wealth Productions scam. That lives are destroyed, opportunities are wrecked, and ethical and legal boundaries are defimated as if they never existed.

Personally my story with GWP ended when it became too overwhelming to deal with GW's lies and their consequences. I was only supposed to be gone for 7 months, with my girlfriend by my side, to return home as a bigger person than I left. Instead, I lost the woman I loved over it, every dime I made GW took, every dime he made he hid from me while expecting me to trust him. Every creative triumph I achieved was overshadowed by his inability to manage or perform competently.

So, afraid that I was a failure, that I had nothing to come home to, and nothing to stay for, I very gravely attempted to take my own life twice. Ultimately, returning home to count everything that is now missing because I chose to trust GW Welsh.

Through the production of the "film" Fractured Langley:

93 calls were ignored from actors and agencies
12 people were made homeless
68 contracts were broken
2 people declared bankruptcy
18 people lost their jobs and livelihoods
4 people refused legitimate work
8 families were broken up
3 organizations were broken up
7 healthy relationships were broken up
320 gallons of beer was drank
236 pounds of illegal weed was bought and smoked
1700$ of medicinal marijuana profit was lost
9 people are unable to return to their homes

And through all of this GW Welsh shows no remorse or willingness to change, and at times acts like the victim. He is currently pitching a movie called The Case. Which continues to take advantage of a few still trusting actors.

In short, don't ever work with, invest in, work for, or trust Greater Wealth Productions. Take it from me, I've worked for the guy for almost ten years and haven't been paid once.

this was never a professional critique to taken seriously, J whatever you want to call yourself

AUTHOR: contractor at Greater Wealth - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, April 05, 2012

This was never a professional critique and you know it, Jacob. It was always petty and always meant to cause the most damage not on a professional level, but on a wholly personal invasion of privacy and violation of trust from everyone who ever believed in you or gave you break for the most petty reason I can think of. To get back at Gw, who you profess to so despise, because he couldn't make a personal visit to where you lived last week, 2000 miles from where he lives! Unbelievable, deplorable. You are right, I thought it was due to your failed relationship (which is the real reason you attempted suicide, not Gw's "hype"), that was the only thing that made sense given prior mental instability because of this by your own admission. But your motives are even less understandable. You perceived you were stood up by your friend who in actuality couldn't go to your house because he had to see his effing daughter. You despicable fiend. Odd, same thing happened to the Chicago 2012 movie: Gw's grandfather got cancer and he was the only one able to take care of him. The current film was unable to proceed because the cinematographer, yes, Gw's wife, had sudden gallbladder surgery and was taken to the emergency room at 4 in the morning thinking she was having a heart attack, after which a 2 month bout of severe viral infections from the anesthesia tube prevented her from the ability to work or even get on a plane for fear of ear drums rupturing. Apparently, real health emergencies do not factor in to your convenient stories of "truth." And sure, maybe you deny stealing money because you thought you were entitled to it, so it wasn't really stealing, right? Even though your accommodations weren't a personal hotel room, you didn't pay a dime to your living situation the entire 8 months you were here, where your pack a day cigarette habit was generously funded, among other generosities you enjoyed and took for granted. But you were never compensated. Sure. I'm sorry reality does not match up to what you feel entitled to, but that is no reason to destroy someone over your own selfishness.

As for legitimacy, GWP's extensive and expanding portfolio of music, art, video, and multimedia was clearly available online for all to see and judge if it was good enough to call worthy and invest. It's not up to you. No business or financial reports were filed in error in any way, even if you don't understand how these things work (having a .org name by the way has no barring on profit or non-profit businesses. google it sometime please before you say things that make it obvious you don't know what you're talking about). Every investor was given summaries of talents, skills, and bios of key crew members and invited to interview or investigate to their hearts or wallet's content, as well as a huge cache of working scripts and detailed budgets and plans as you well know. You wrote some yourself. Every position of authority had people that had been working in their field, professionally or as a serious hobby for years, if not their whole life. Businesses fail, businesses succeed in rapid lows and highs, especially in the entertainment industry. You can be eating ramen one moment and meet the right person and say the right things and be dining in a penthouse the next. That is part of its allure for many, that is part of its tragedy. You can't put a price on talent and artistic merit, whether $10, $100k or even over a million. This company had an abundance of that drive and talent that many recognized (I'm sorry you still don't), which your report has unforgivably overshadowed. It just needed a chance as you well know. If this business and collective was guilty of anything, the continuing endurance of hope in the face of adversity and minimal resources, the belief in people's potential that might have gotten passed over by life and the "normal way of doing things." Oh yes, and attempting to share the wealth and possibility with friends that could not ultimately be trusted (probably the biggest mistake). That was part of its charm and potential for big success. Have you not read any biographies of start-up companies, especially film and entertainment organizations? They often start from garages and work through their obstacles by the skin of their teeth and the boldness of the risks they are willing to take and the originality of their ideas. Many often get by on their ability to engineer hope or buzz in a project or their chutzpah alone. You are calling the entertainment industry a place of solid, enduring ethics and no hype? Have you lived under a rock? The entertainment industry at its core is based on the hope of becoming something bigger than what it is currently. That is its beating, bloody heart. A belief in a coherent narrative when life is rarely that. Werner Herzog stole his first camera and fled to another country to get his start for christ's sake. John Waters stole a meat stake on camera and made his star actor eat dog s**t for the shock value. Ed Wood stole an octopus from Universal studio and was one of the most prolific filmmakers, despite his limitations. We never came close to any of those real crimes! Maybe the crime of believing we had the talent and ability to create something bigger than ourselves. Your willful ignorance about the volatility and unpredictable nature of the entertainment market does not warrant this report and personal (not professional) attack. It is ultimately inexcusable for you to take everyone else down with you for your insecurities about your own abilities and because you can't handle yourself. You have always sabotaged yourself. And that is an honest professional critique I have always thought about you.

Let me make this very freaking clear: "Failure is the tuition you pay for success."

I will right now refute the claim that transportation costs, indeed any compensation, be put on one individual and instead put the individual responsibility where it belongs: squarely on everyone's own adult shoulders. You were all told of the high risks and possible high rewards. Repeated failure is always a real possibility. No one hog-tied you to a car and forced you to make the change in your life you already wanted to make and dream a little together. You quit your job long before any real arrangements were made because YOU WANTED TO DO IT and you said as much. Please. If the the authentic intent is to come clean, then DO IT. Own up to your choices.

No binding contracts of payments were ever made. All contracts with any mention of monetary stipulation had clear disclaimers of whether the project continued to be properly funded by the whims of investors, which are known to be horribly shaky and unpredictable. This is not fraud. It is reality. Read the contracts you sign. Do some research about the market of your industry before you foam at the mouth and look stupid, professionally and as far as  character, you have none. I could go through every single point you have made and easily point out how you arrived at your conclusions through lack of understanding or just plain malicious, backstabbing fabrications. But why? It is a waste of time because it's all made up to distract from the real point.

That is not what this is really about, is it, Jacob? Is it? It is about destroying what you perceive you don't have ... when all along we were waiting for you to come back and join us when you got your head straight. Now that will never be possible. You don't sell out your long-time friends like this. EVER. You were fairly compensated for the work you did and knowingly blew off paying gigs that had been arranged for you. If anyone did not meet the terms of their relationship, it was you. Own up to it.

Justify it how you like, Jacob. You, and you alone, are what have ultimately caused this company's demise by planting the seed of deception for your own insecurities, and definitely NOT your laundry list of half-truths turned into venomous lies. You know it. Everyone with proper perspective and a level head knows it. I hope you're happy with whatever you have now created. Whatever triumphs or failures that have occurred in the past, the aim was always toward the future with love and hope and brotherhood until you put the entire situation irrevocably in a past that never happened except in your own disturbed head. There is nothing clean or honest about your report. You took a budding thing with a lot of potential that just came off of good publicity, solid advancements, and networking resources and destroyed every shred of good, progress, or hope it had. Own up to your destruction. It is now truly all that is left for you here. My deepest sympathies for the death of your hope and the art we made together.

The debate is not about character. It is about practices known to have occurred

AUTHOR: JBlack - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 04, 2012

I absolutely deny any accusation that I had stolen any amount of money. Had I more money at the time; I would be sitting comfortably in my own apartment rather than the squalor you've so elegantly described. I will admit that I am not a very successful individual. But that was never anything I was in the business of denying. In fact it was half the point. I'm a nobody, from nowhere.

The larger picture is that Greater Wealth, by and large, consisted of people who had no homes, or moderate to no income. Almost none of us had held a position entertainment, let alone made responsible to lead teams through the inutia of producing media.

As a result our work environments resembled nor produced anything even remotely resembling media entertainment. All the while this being portrayed to prospective clients as a dry spell, or more often, completely covered up. Would you invest a
million in that? Of course you wouldn't if you were given any realistic idea of the circumstances.

The simple fact of the matter, which has not been properly rebutted, is the company's history of reaching agreements, through offering completely fabricated results. Results of  which have never been known to deliver. No one has denied that many of the crew agreed to come on board under the stipulation that transportation fees be reimbursed. No one has denied that the company has not met any of the fiscal or organizational requirements or qualifications.

Investors, production companies, and talent were misled. Given information that would make the believe that we had the space, assets, and content and equipment. Just as well, the entire crew was talked into believing that investors had signed binding contracts, and at times,  even sent advance money.

It saddens me that this has become a battle of ego vs ego. It is absolutely off base for you people to blame my abrupt disclosure on a personal relationship of mine that since run it's course. My decision was made based only within the context of coming clean. It just goes to show how venomous the situation is on both sides, when the argument strays so far from what really matters.

Professionals expect that each other follow through on promises made. Realistically they cannot deliver what they promise, but they must be forthright. This shows respect for what the other person in the agreement has put at stake. And it goes without saying that entertainment business works on huge amounts of trust and reputation. Trust is the only way you measure the abstract concepts in media that may or may not return the investment.

What's so hard about simply assessing a business in terms of that it actually does? Did we behave ethically in business, if not, what is the price? And can we actually give the million dollar client a million dollar product, or will we end up owing double when we can't deliver? And the big question when it comes time pay back what we promised, can we see that we are not the victims?

AUTHOR: contractor at Greater Wealth - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 03, 2012

I have been involved with the ins and outs of the Greater Wealth project (recently become a company) for 5 years and counting. This report is sickly fraudulent on so many levels, written by an individual with severe mental instability that his friends and family have tried to help him through in the past 8 months, since his girlfriend broke up with him. Sadly, we have failed, despite our best intentions.

A bit of the other side of the story: GWP believed in Jacob's inconsistent work over the years with some projects shining and others failing horribly. Odd that he mentions a benefit concert as an example of his work ethic in the face of others' apparent incompetence. The only benefit show where he "helped" out was far less interesting than the sordid reality that is presented here. Despite having no skill as a cameraman, he wanted to learn the craft from other experienced crew. Since we had an extra camera, we said he could practice filming a live set that night, but his footage was completely unusable with shots swinging back and forth as if he was overly intoxicated most of the time. Our faith in his potential was never meant to be. The last time we had interactions with this man, he stole $200 from our bank account with a smile on his face, after borrowing over $600 for a car and then money to return home to his mother. This can all be confirmed easily and by his own family. We decided not to report it because he was our long-time friend, an idiot savant as they say, and needed psychiatric help. He decided to move back home with his mother after failing to perform in a professional manner and not showing up for work on multiple occasions. He promised us he would be receiving psychiatric counseling, and we hoped that this would help him with some of the inner demons he wrestles with. Unfortunately, it looks like the problems have gotten worse with his self-isolation tendencies, combined with an over-active mind. We wish it would be put to better use than this obsessive drivel.

However, despite whatever personal demons he may be facing at this time, this is a serious breach of contract and trust. Jacob, you signed a Confidentiality Agreement, remember? I am looking at it right now. Even though all this can be chalked up to an active imagination and talent gone sour, you are restricted from speaking publicly about the inner workings of this company in any way, imagined or otherwise. Rest assured, Jacob, this will be dealt with in the appropriate channels for slander and libel. No one is bankrupt here and we, as a collective and supportive group of resourceful individuals, will find a way to afford legal representation for this particular case, if it comes down to that. It hurts my heart to have to deal with you in this manner, but there is no other way to make you understand the ramifications of your serious actions than to treat you as an adult who has broken the law and thrown so many good people under the bus, who have literally given the shirts off their backs to help you through your lowest times resulting from your recent failed relationship with your girlfriend. Your sister is going to be so disappointed and embarrassed when she sees this. The worst part about this is I can no longer call you a friend. I still have hope for you, Jacob. I wish you still did, too. We love you and hope you get the professional help that you require.

And no, I'm sorry Arizona, but I do not give you the exclusive rights to handle this case in any way shape or form for the most obvious reason NONE OF IT HAPPENED IN YOUR STATE. I do not give up my rights in any way to deal with this case appropriately and in a way that makes sense (making sense is defined as NOT flying to Arizona for no apparent reason other than to hope for some form of justice in the state that thought it wise to pass racially-profiling immigration laws). Further, I do not accept the infringing terms of Rip Off Report to be able to submit this important rebuttal to a slanderous post where you have the opportunity to make money from the bad publicity and exploitation of people's misfortune in their professional lives. friend and supporter of Greater Wealth Productions

And no, I'm sorry Arizona, but I do not give you the exclusive rights to handle this case in any way shape or form, and for the most obvious reason NONE OF IT HAPPENED IN YOUR STATE. #1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Jacob Kirkpatrick is the real scam.

AUTHOR: gw welsh - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 02, 2012

Jacob has been giving more grace and respect than anyone in the company and has been paid plenty for his amateur work in film, he is good at drawing animation style, being moody and also being 2 faced and all around user of drugs, user of kindness from others, a complete liar and I feel very sorry for him.

I'd really like to point one major thing here, ten years is a long time to be around some one whom I loved, and then on whim a get a report out of no where in my e-mail saying what you read from Jacob Kirkpatrick. I care not to stifle any one of there right to say or type what they want. Just the idea that a person can have these feelings and believe there own made up story and not pick up the phone email or face book me and then type a winded non factual story shows what kind of person Jacob Kirkpatrick is.

I will continue to make films and he will continue to try and get a job where ever he can whilst living with his mom or where ever and make things a living hell for those around him. He has been gone for 3 months from my life, left his car (that I gave 500 dollars for) to his sister who still lives here with me. So he isn't completely evil he's just confused and has low self esteem I still love him but this filing a report on the business and making lewd comments about me the whole way through. I can never forgive him and will never talk to him again this is unforgivable and hurtful to me and the rest of the people he put under the bus with this.

But to be clear here I never was involved with any making of porn and any drug dealing.
Two things real quick and then I'm done with this.
1. Jacob Kirkpatrick never had any money (ever) to invest 50 dollars let alone 300 and 486 or any other money he claimed.
2. He was right about one thing. My grandpa has invested money in my endeavors and I thank him for that very much.
