Green Tree - Conseco Financing ripoff St. Paul Minnesota

Green Tree are ripoffs and liars! Each time I have talked with a representitive I am told something different. My payment is due on the 20th of each month and if the 20th hits and my payment is not there, I can be sure they will call.

I have been threatened with foreclosure and I try to explain that my payment should have been recieved by them. They could care less! Then I have to make arrangements that day or they will confisicate my home. Then I make the payment and I am told that my next payment is due like two months away. When I question this I am told that is because of the amount I paid.
I then question if they have my money then why am I having to pay again. I was told that the payment has to go through several processes before it make it to final destination. I told them that it is not my error then it is theirs. I am told then I need to mail my payment out 15 to 20 days before it is due if I don't want to have my home taken away. I also get tire of the threats. I have had my mobile home for ten years. They always receive their money, yes at times it is late but more time then not it is sent early. They don't have to be so rude and threatening. Plus, I am paying double the amount of the worth of the mobile home so what else do they want. Then they change the rules on the insurance so much who would insure the mobile with the rules changing constantly. Just fed up, but I am stuck with them for a few more years, or less I hope.
