Green Tree Servicing is ripping honest hard working people off. People who are trying to pay their bills and pay them on time. They are charging a $12.00 fee if we pay our bill on-line or by phone. Who does this??? It should be illegal! Guess they aren't making enough money on people who are struggling and can't pay their bills so they are taking it out on the ones that do.
Someone please help us put a stop to this!! It really makes honest hard working people just want to give up trying to do the right thing all together.
After BOA and Countrywide sold all their mortgages we have all seen an increase in our mortagages due to somekind of escrow cussion. If that wasn't bad enough then they slam us with this stupid $12.00 per payment fee. COME ON, give us a break! Quit being so greedy! We are all......... Sick and Tired!
