In January of 2014 I applied for a $350 payday loan. A loan agreement was never provided to me and I know find that they have been deducting $105.00 each payday(bi weekly)since the loan was given. That is a minimum payment amount(of which I was not informed of)and only $10 goes toward the principal and the balance is interest. According to what the representative told me on 3/11, it would take 35 payments of 105.00 for the loan to be satisfied. I have used payday loan services before, and am aware of the high interest, but not to this degree. This is a company located on a Native American reservation, so apparently federal laws regarding interest gouging do not apply.
Be aware that if you use this company for a payday loan, you will be gouged.
