I bought a 2004 Ford F150 FX4 Super Crew from them, just 8 miles after leaving the dealership, a service engine light came on, I called the dealership and spoke to the Mike the sales man, he said to bring it back in and they would take care of it.

So we stopped at a local parts retailer and they ran a diagnostic scan and it revealed a faulty oxygen sensor. I called him back and told him that, he said not a problem they would take care of it, if I bring it back to them the next day, so I did.

The Service department ran a diagnostic on it, the exact same test that we had done the day before.lt also showed faulty oxygen sensor. Another senior member of management ( Tom) told the service manager to simply clear the code. I then told TOM that it was just going to come back on. He said if it did he would take it to the local Ford dealer and have them fix it.

Well we didn't get 2 miles down the road before the service light was as bright as ever. After another phone call to Tom he said bring it back, drop it off and they would take care of it, I made an appointment, waited an hour for the sales guy to come in, and Tom had the service dept. replace the O2 sensors. I said I thought you were going to take it to Ford, long story short they didn't,

We picked up the truck and drove a total of 25 miles and the d**n service engine lights comes on yet again. Did I mention that this is a truck that just cost me $21,000 dollars! I was very upset, to say the least, I brought the truck back and insisted that the Companies General Manager personally handle any more issues regarding this nightmare. After talking to the GM there, (Barry) he swore to me he would get it taken care.

Well they did finally, but then Barry told me that it cost them 645.00 for the work and wanted me to pay half, after it was all said and done I gave them a check for 300.00 and then talked to the performance shop that fixed it, to find out they only paid 500.00, plus there is a chip in the windshield they told me they would fix and never did, I screwed up because I didn't get it in writting, I tried to but everyone told me, "my word is good, if I say I'm going to do something I will" BS, I was told by the Tom, (manager) that if I had any issues with this truck once I left there shop for the first 3 days, I could bring it back and they wold fix it, Tom the manager told me thats how sure he was of this truck, I was off there lot for a total of 2 hours after I purchased this truck with an issue, and then was still charged for fixing it. To get my truck back. I really believe Greenbriar new about this issue when they sold it, they just had there service department reset the code and put an inspection sticker on it. I received nothing but lies from the time I walked in there door. I would stay far away from that dealership.
