You know you should be worried when the receipt reads "We will gladly exchange any UNOPENED item with original receipt.  We do not offer refunds." Seriously? Once the box/package is opened to use the item and it doesn't work, it can not be returned.  And from a company that lists itself in the "Religious" category for companies?  Sad.  Very sad.

I purchased an ecircut charge & sync dock from Dollar Tree in Gallupk, NM 5/5/18.  It did not work.  Plain and simple.  I Googled the item and found some pretty high prices for this item on Amazon and Ebay.  I did write a review on Amazon.  The other thing I found on Google was some guy opening the dock up and cobbling together two other cords to use this item.  Not worth the effort.  And although it's only a dollar, I expected it to work.  My expectations were not met.
