Greendot Prepaid Visa convinced me to buy Premier card for an extra $10 and I would get the money back from a rebate but I can't seem to make it happen. Nationwide

I bought a Greendot prepaid Visa card at CVS and when I went to activate it online,I was enticed into spending an extra $10 for the Premier card which gave me a higher deposit limit.They said that if I spent the extra $10,I would get it back from their rebate.But when I tried to go through the rebate process I kept getting the runaround and when I called to complain it took me forever just to get a human being.They gave me a number to call that was just a series of recordings.
I got frustrated and let it sit for a few weeks and then I tried again and got more of the same-nothing! I wonder,has anyone ever gotten this rebate?I'd like to know because I don't even think there is one.

The 10.00 rebate is not accesible through the phones, only online.
