 My name is Jacqua Parker I have been a cardholder with the Green dot company for over two years now maybe longer. I am writting in reguards to my account. My card has been blocked for about a month now, I have complied with their companies requirements to recieve my money but still nothing.

This year around tax time I loaded my refund onto my greendot card and instantly I recieved my money, now although their company gave me a hard time pulling my money off my card for security reasons I still reffered theirr company to my neighbors and family members. Two neighbors and my sisters all had no bank accounts so I gave them permission to use my account to get their refund faster.

Now here is where the problem comes in, my neighbors paid me one hundred dollars each to upload their refund in my account in which I did and gave them their money. Next my sister uploads her refund onto my account and like the others sher paid me one hundred dollars the only thing is this is my little sister so she asked me to hold her money for her to make sure she doesnt spend it.
 
Since then their company has placed a hold on my account and since I was told that the hold will be lifted 10 days after I send in the documents needed I went on ahead and got a loan to pay my sister her money but now the ten days is up and the person who I borrowed the money from is wanting it back.

Now I have complied completey with everything asked; I sent in a copy of my ID my Soc# card, my sisters ID and soc# card, and a notorized letter from the courts saying that she gave her permission for her tax refund to be deposited into my account. 
  
Right before this incident I booked a trip to CA and I am out here stuck from WA know way to get home no moeny and no help what so ever form their staff. I have a five year old child who is hungry and we have no place to sleep.My cell phone is being cut off in the morning, I was evicted from my appartment and I have proof and documents of all this due to their company putting a hold on my card.
   So i decide to do research and see that this has happened before, the agent says that (s)he can not read the documents and to re fax them and I re faxed them for the same result. I do not know what to do anymore, I hit rock bottom and it's not like it was $20 dollars or anything it was a tax refund $2000 + dollars all gone. I have no way to get back to WA. No other funds and every last person who I could borrow money from their money is tied up in this situation... Please help
