GreenDot Locked my Card Stone Mountain Ga Georgia

Me and my partner share the same prepaid card, we brought the card for 2 reasons, lyft and to directly receive his checks.They have asked me to send in documentations about the account from me and my him.Which I did, they also stated that they would contact me back.I've been dealing with this ongoing issue since the June 27th ,they blocked me from calling every other day to even try and claim our funds from the card, its almost 1000$ on the card, the card is holding funds that we work for.I've spoken with multiple crs reps,Chelsea(employee 75309)Jen (Employee 77023) they all said the same thing about documenting my calls , and promising but never do,and I NEVER RECIEVE FOLLOW UP,EMAILS OR ANYTHING,all i want is my money back.
