This past client has absolutly no basis for writing this false information. We provided them with 1 full years worth of service to maintain their property as well as provide them with landscape services. We spent over 100 man hours of labor providing them quality work..........they asked for specific work to be done and all work was completed in a professional manor with plants and materials brought to their homesite. They have absolutly NO basis for this allegation, as we stopped serving their property almost 2 months ago and now because something is missing from their property we get blamed?

Is there evidence of this allegation? No. The husband (Robert) made a statement that the plants we installed 3 months ago and were done in such a manner that they were placed in the same holes the old plants were removed from (seasonal color bed areas), Those areas were fully prepped out, tilled and compost added. We have been in business for 25 years and have NEVER installed work like they stated. They even stated that the 75 bags of mulch we installed was never done. It is difficult at best dealing with PPL that have no understanding of what needs to be done, or better yet the time and effort it takes to get things done correctly.

The other problem we had with Roberts spouse....April was that she requested specfic prune work to be done because she "wanted more sun light in her backyard". We did what we were asked to do and she was explained what the end result would be, then she raised heck that her evergreens (that were mostly leafless) were pruned to a point that her screening had been lost .....well this is what happens when a homeowner plants things incorrectly, then 20 years later wants it fixed.

She became quite emotional and had some issues with conducting her behavior properly due to some happy hour drinking. A very difficult situation to have to deal with. My employees were placed in a very difficult situation having to deal with her emotional issues. We provide quality services with every job we address. But out of control drunk ppl are something that we just do not want to deal with. 

It's very easy to accuse PPL of something, but you have to have the facts and you have to evidence. There is none here because we had nothing to do with the issues that April & Robert are alledging.

So before one makes a judgement.....KNOW THE FACTS. Our attorney has been notified as this clearly falls under slander.
