Greentree - Conseco ripoff Won't let us assume an assumable loan after spending $40.000 Rapid City South Dakota

Let me start with the letter just recieved from Greentree:

Green tree servicing LLC or it's affiliate("Green Tree") hereby gives you, the current occupant of the above referenced manufactured home, notice to vacate the subject home with in 10 days of the date of this notice.( Dated Aug.13,04 but pulled from my mailbox with a postmark of the 19th on the outside of it).

If you do not vacate the the home with in this period, Green Tree may seek a court order to evict you from the premises. In the event such legal action is necessary, Green Tree may also seek a money judgement against you for costs incurred in obtaining such an order.
Green Tree is the secured leinholder on the home which you occupy, Green Treen contracted with ************ not you, to finance the purchase of this home.

We purchased this home from the contracted person on a land contract after being told we could assume the loan. We spent $10,000 to move this home and have it set up on a brick foundation, we have been making steady payment on it for almost 3 years, a total of $40,000 and some change has come out of pocket for this home.

They lied about the payoff amount, they lied about the interest rate, they lied about letting us assume the home loan. Needless to say, I quit making the payment 4 months ago when I found out they screwed me.We're out 40 grand and a house, and to top it off, I have a couple days to move my family into something else or face judgement. I say, I'll face judgement you arrogant bastards, and guess what, I own the property, they don't, the house isn't tied to it with a lien, so the day I close the front door is the day I file in court myself, for everyday the house sits on our land, we get to charge 150.00 a day storage, and if it sits here 30 days, I'm filing a lien on it and then I'll own it, what's the chances they'll get it out of here in 30 days, slim to none.

I'm fightng back my friends, these a**holes shouldn't even be in business, and I'll be damned if they're screwing me for my hard earned money. I will be leaving an update to this story.
