GreenTree Savings, Aka Fairchoice Savings, Aka John Shell Using stolen credit card to place false advertement in newspapers recruiting loans. Uses many alias and phone numbers as well as addresses from new york to cananda. Spoke with him today and he gave me a stolen credit card to pay a bill. His name is JOHN SHELL. I am turning him over to the FBI for interstate theft. New York And Ontario BC Canada New York and Ontario BC Canada

John Shell uses false companies to get loans with a high security or processing fee. He uses names such as Fairchoice Savings and GreenTree Savings. He uses several eight hundred phone numbers, with voice mail. He gave me a stolen credit card on the phone today. He wanted to know how I got his information. I told him the internet and Rip off report. He now does not answer the phone. Watch out for him he is a thief.
