Greenview Builders Green view Homes LLC We are building a home with a company called Greenview builders. A well know builder in the NorthShore of chicago for the past 20 years. It has come to light that he is in the middle of building 30 homes and work has stopped on all of them as he has been running an extensive complicated Ponzi scheme and has run out of money. He told us that he has ran out of money to finish our home because his new sales have dried up and he was taking the deposits from his sales to finish his other homes. We have found that he has forged documents and has taken money from our mortgage payments and kept it for himself instead of paying for our home. We have a lien on our home from the plumber and electrician. The plumber told us we are The 18th home he is liening due to this builder. There is a community of 30 homeowners being financially destroyed by this builder. We are out about 400-500g. We know other people living in their parents basements because they can not afford to finish their homes. We know others who are just letting their dream home go into foreclosure. He is still trying to make more sales in the community to get out of this and needs to be stopped by someone.
