Greenwalt Chiropractic and their staff are beyond words. Do NOT do business with these people!!! Keep reading!!! I had found that there was a collection on my credit, so I called the collection company to resolve it. As soon as I called, the collection agent told me, verbatim, where my aches and pains were, what my problems were, what my complaints were in my general health, weight issues, etc. Baffled how he knew all that *very* *private* information, he told me that Greenwalt Chiropractic had given them a complete copy of my "Confidential Client Questionnaire."

Stunned, angry, and frustrated, I requested the documents the collection company had, and sure enough, they had all of my forms, and then some. So I called Greenwalt Chiropractic to address the problem head on. Afterall, my personal, private information was divuldged to a shady collection company, and people with no right were given access to my PRIVATE medical history and information.

I was then told, "sir, just pay your collection." When I angrily demanded that there were HIPAA violations, they said, "no sir, there is no HIPAA violations, and we have attorneys just like you have attorneys, so lets not even go there."

Yeah. SO THEN, I decided to go ahead and write a letter *directly to the doctors of the firm itself including Dr. Ronald Greenwalt, Dr. Matthew Paige and Timothy Dutt, explaining the situation and trying to get it resolved. Nope...Not even a simple response. Not a call, e-mail, return letter, no apology, nothing...Zilch, zippo.

Now they have a HIPAA violation complaint, and a coming lawsuit. I urge ANYONE who is even considering these people, to think twice and shy away from such arrogant, ignorant, and outright disgusting business practices.
