k hov homes had incentives for those who used there mtg co. what incentives? their own loan officer did not even try to get the best loan rates possible!

i put my house up for sale to purchase new home...
after 8 mths & many closing cancellations loan officer still could not give exact amts of loan rates monthly mtg pymnts & closing costs.

we complained to k hov homes about the loan officer and wanted to have loan revaluate but nothing has been done.
