Greg Canale is one of the most, if not the most, unethical attorneys in all upstate NY. He has filed many unethical and frivolous claims against people in all upstate NY and has any means to obtain additional money.
He personally is attempting to extort people in my family and has tried, by means of lies, to even fabricate evidence to make a claim and convince others. He has contacted police officers and has helped one of his clients in particular to file charges with no evidence and made up a story to attempt to have people arrested. All of his charges that he helped file were found to be frivolous and dropped immediately.
After several assault and battery charges were filed against him for bar fights on South Street I recommend everyone to stay away from him. His brother has been disbarred from law, and hopefully he will too. I had to leave to TX because of him.

I've come across far more unethical attorneys. If he filed a claim, it was on behalf of a client. And if it is "frivolous" - please cite the court documents where it was thrown out at such. An attorney does not have a client file charges, a CLIENT goes to the ATTORNEY to have charges filed.
I have always found Greg to be helpful, respectful and a great member of the community as well as an ethical and great attorney.
He was arrested when he was suffering in active addiction, and has since found recovery. The bar association decided not to disbar him.
How he could have POSSIBLY forced you to leave TEXAS from upstate NY is completely beyond me.
You sound bitter, and possibly a bit insane, and don't have much evidence to back up your "facts."

Mike Solamento is a shameless thief who sunk so low as to have swindled his own mother out of her home in Lake George, New York. I did nothing more than fought for justice for your mother and you ran to Texas where you now hide behind your coward Rip-Off Report lies. I'm not sure what "Michael"'s specific complaint is, but I have worked with Attorney Canale for many years and have found him to be an honest, hard-working and knowledgeable attorney. He has defended me in several matters and I was more than pleased with his effort and the results. I have also done consulting work for his law firm and have been treated fairly and had no problems with my relationship with the firm and Greg personally in that capacity. His work for clients is unparalleled and he is very flexible in terms of compensation for clients without the means to hire high-powered legal representation.
