SEO Reputation Management at its best!

Greg Lindahl operates a Home for the Elderly out of his house, which goes by the name Life's Blessings Assisted Living, LLC.

Before you put YOUR elderly parent there, perhaps you should do some due diligence to see how Greg Lindahl treats other elderly people?

If you were to search the website of the Maricopa County Recorder, you would find that, as of this writing, Gregory Lindahl owes his next door neighbors (an elderly couple) $11,190.74! But he hasn't paid them.

( recorder.maricopa.gov/recdocdata/GetRecDataDetail.aspx?rec=20131071652 )

As you can see from the record, the judgment comes from Ray v. Lindahl, case number CV2012-009807 in the Maricopa County Superior Court.

He has owed them this judgment since December 9, 2013. That's when they won a court ordered against him.

It's now three months, and he still hasn't paid them.

According to court records, Gregory Lindahl was subpoenaed in February for a debtor's exam for collection. (You can search Arizona court records on line.)

He failed to show.

He tells neighbors that he was hospitalized recently and had a stent put in and needs time to recover. But neighbors have seen him playing with motorcycles, repairing vehicles, lifting heavy blocks, etc.

This all started about two years ago when Gregory Lindahl "appropriated" some real estate from his next door neighbors. In plain English, he stole some of their land when he was modifying his house to be a Life's Blessings Assisted Living Home! He even demolished a concrete curb that had separated the two properties for more than 30 years!

The neighbors had to hire - and pay - an attorney, who tried to reason with Greg Lindahl, offering him $5 (the legal fee set by law) for a Quit Claim Deed. Gregory Lindahl refused. So they had to go to court. Since the concrete curb (and a block wall) had marked the boundary of the two properties  for more than 30 years, it was a text-book case of adverse possession. Greg Lindahl lost.

So now, instead of $5, he owes his neighbors $11,000, the result of attorney's fees they paid.

His neighbors are in their 70's and are on social security. Perhaps Gregory Lindahl is hoping they'll die soon so he can get by without paying them?

Greg Lindahl is also the owner of Lindahl & Associates, LLC, a general contractor. You know how some general contractors are, cheating people all the time. If you searched the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website, you'd see he let his licence lapse while building a house under contract. If you search the Ripoff Report website, you'll see that Life's Blessings Assisted Living also let some of its licensing obligations lapse. Oops.

Help resolve this ripoff - $1000 Reward!

AUTHOR: P.I.Joe - ()

$1000 REWARD
For information leading to the collection of an $11,000 debt.

If one believes the sworn testimony of Gregory R. Lindahl, he claims to be destitute, living only on Social Security. (No savings. No other income.) As such, he says he cannot pay an elderly couple a court ordered $11,000+ he owes them. Lindahl claims he's destitute, even though he operates an Assisted Living Home out of his house, called "Life's Blessings Assisted Living Home - Central Corridor," which charges a minimum of $3000/month rent per resident!

Remarkably, the destitute Lindahl has set up several shell corporations, along with a partner, "J. Jefferson Pate." (A.k.a. "Jerry Pate," a.k.a. "Jerry Lee Jefferson Pate.") One of their corporations is in Belize. (Yes, the tax shelter country of Belize.)

In his deposition, Lindahl claims he doesn't know anything about his shell corporations. He claims he doesn't know if they have bank accounts. He's not sure which one has a Tax Identification Number. (Which means it has a bank account.) But maybe you know how to find out?

Lindahl, who claimed during his first Debtor's Exam that he "doesn't know" anything about the last shell corporation he set up after the court order, just transferred his house to that shell corporation on the day of a second Debtor's Exam!

Lindahl claims he doesn't know where any of the rent money he collects from his residents goes. (Says he just gives envelopes to Jerry.) He claims he doesn't get paid for as a Manager for his Group Home, nor does he get paid for the use of his home. And he claims he doesn't even know who pays his staff, some who live in his own house!

Yeah, right.

Your Mission

Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to help the elderly couple find the money Lindahl owes them.
