Complaint Review: Greyhound PackageXpress

Upon contacting Greyhound about the obvious theft in there custody we were then told to call a number of different people without so much as an apology for delivering bags which employees had stolen from. Absolutely no accountability to whomever we spoke with in the chain of command and no one whom could even help resolve the issue. Our allocated loss was nearly $600 (high end digital camera, leather jacket & other items) , in addition we paid for both bags to be shipped which came to $150= a total $750.
After now several months and still without even an apology for our loss we were offered $100 by Greyhound! An offer that doesnt even cover the cost to ship these bags, please beware and do not use Greyhound PackageExpress to ship anything. Your packages are not safe with this company as soon as they are out of sight.
