Griffin Automotive Griffin Auto Arvada Colorado Screwed me on promised repair money and still owes 600 outta 1200 trade in Arvada Colorado

I had problems with the truck starting 2 days after i bought it. The Truck would not start with the clutch down. I emailed them. When I didnt get an email back I went up there the next day to return the car with buyers remorse. They assured me the car was fine and said " theres nothing wrong with the Car and we wont turn our back on you if something happens." one week later the problem went on and then the transmission went out. They reffered me to a shop that wanted 900$ just to look at the trans. The 9 hours included take out and put it. They demanded the money up front. They told me my truck was stuck in gear. When i Had it picked up the truck was in neutral and not stuck in gear.

Griffin auto told me they would pay 475$ for the trans to get looked at. When i Asked them to mail me a check Bob stated he would only write the check to the company (cottman) that was over charging me. This i feel is Racketeering, and i want to return the car for full refund or atleast get the 475$ back. I Was also promised two payments of 600 dollars for my trade in. 600 pre pay and 600 after they tow it. I still have not received my 600$. Bob basically told me " he doesnt give a ***** its as is" either way he promised me 1075$ and have not received it. now they avoid me. I also have witnesses that were there during these agreements.
