Griffin Irrigation Ripoff STAY AWAY! Granger Indiana

After reading the Ripoff report that "Joe" wrote I just had to say something. My wife and I bought our house in Granger, In. about five years ago and had Griffin Irrigation install the sprinkler system when the house was new. This is my second try at a "rebuttal" because the first one I wrote didn't go far because for some reason when I tried to submit I lost my online connection. So this is my second try to weigh in on this so-called ripoff.

First off Joe writes that this company is terrible, only he doesn't give any details as to why? Then he says that there messy, inconsiderate, rude, hard to reach. Well we have had just the opposite when dealing with Griffin Irrigation. They came to our home first thing in the morning and had our system up and running the very same day. Their work was very clean and neat, real professional. Plus they took time out to make sure I had an understanding of how to operate my system, and that I was comfortable with the use of my controller. Hard to reach?? Not at all. The few times that either my wife Judy or myself have called them we got a call back that very day. One time they were even able to help me over the phone without having to send out a service man, saving me time and money (would that be inconsiderate Joe?). Lack of physical address??? You state in your letter that they operate out of a house in Granger, what part of that isn't physical Joe?? I'll agree that they don't sport a fancy store-front, but I kind-of-like the fact that it's a family owned business. My wife and I get better personal attention, and we love the work they did. Every year we make sure that Griffin Irrigation winterizes or sprinklers in the Fall and we have only them stat us up in the spring. It just blows my mine that someone could say such things about such a great company. If ya ask me it's JOE ya need to STAY AWAY from. Trust-me, when we move and need another system put in I'll be calling Griffin Irrigation. Bottom line...they are GREAT.
