William Mabra or otherwise known as Bill or Billy to who his friends is an online con man and scammer.
I tried to deal with William Mabra through gringoseo.com - Where he tried to scam me.
He tried to get away with scamming me for $15 - YES, $15 - What is even more ironic, is that William claims to be involved involved in selling Real Estate.. yet he seems to be scamming for such a small amount. He also provides online SEO services.. which are not white hat, they are black hat and will lead to your business eventually getting in trouble.
On further investigation, his taxes seem a little shady.. he owns the following sites too.

William from gringoseo.com - "bentonville, arizona" I purchased a service from the guy who made this ripoff report against me for $15. I asked him to resend the login information to a different email and he goes crazy on me saying im trying to rip him off with a 2nd acct for free etc. All i wanted was my 1 login which he eventually gave me. But he told me he would post on ripoff report and other sites to try and hurt my reputation.
We had also agreed after our talk he would not post anything negative. I guess he lied on that too.
If you look you can tell the guy is not from the USA if so he would know that bentonville is in Arkansas not Arizona. The guy is located in Spain a country where i have nevet done business online or offline. Also i dont offer any services less than 500 dollars so the $15 dollar complaint obviously he is using his crazy claim that im ripping him off for $15.
Its really not fair when for 12+ years i have never had one single complaint from any SEO client then to try and blackmail me this guy posts a bogus one. If the people at ripoff report are ok with incorrect info and cities and bogus claims just to hurt others and they allow this? Then soon people will stop paying atrention since there can be bogus ripoff claims there all the time.
