Grow Rich Stay Rich/ Sidney Sperry/ Income Strategies Institute ,ISI, MISTAKE of trusting Sid Sperry....took MONEY withOUT delivering promised services. Provo Utah

On May 11, 2007, I purchased the Tax Liens class from Sid Sperry and his Income Strategies Institute [ISI] for $2,000.00. It appears they currently sell under Grow Rich Stay Rich.

They sent me a Manual [printed almost exclusively off the internet]. I was promised Online Classes [1 X/month] and six[6] mentoring sessions after the online class. But, the subprovider's software didn't work...and I therefore could not sucessfully take the class. I tried twice.

Before, takeing the Online class, I made many callsand emails.. I was trying to preclude any problems in taking the class. Their help/service was a joke and of course ISI & the company provideing the service, hotCommCL, were closed weekends. The class was only available Saturday, when you could Not get service if there was a problem.

So, when you can't use the service/take the class, you wait at least a month. Sid Sperry/ISI would Not help me solve the problem, meanwhile. So, I go through the Hellish Frustration of Unsuccessfully trying a second time to take the Online class. You have to wait at least a month to get frustrated again. But, ISI has had my $$ for 5 months w/o service!

I, then, challenged the charges[chargeback] with Discover. This got ISI's attention finally....after holding my $$for 90 days w/o providing professional service. Below are an excerp from my letter to Discover's Chargeback Unit:


In ISI's letter rec'd 09-06-07 to your Chargeback Unit/Dispute Resolutions Team, I noticed multi-misrepresentations or untruths as related to my case. They are as following w/ the accompanying truth:

1] On 04/02/2001 Mr. "0" signed a contract. Yes.ISI is in a breach of contract. They didn't provide promised services. Also, negligent Customer Service and lack of performance.

2] attended a 3 day workshop. ...True, but it was a Free [w/o obligation] workshop. It was prior to their closing and our contract. It was simply a pitch to land us.

3] ISI sent me a Manual. Yes, it was an inexpensive paperback manual with information [primarily] downloaded off the internet.

4] Lifetime of Online Courses. NOT for 2 reasons: 1) Could not take the class and did not successfully take class [vendor malfunction] 2) It was only one class

5] Six phone Coaching sessions. Couldn't Schedule due to the breach of contract.

I never saw the entire Online class, since ISI refused to repair/fix their hotCommCL or move to another better servicing company. This is a breach of contract. I called and emailed ISI repeatedly [without help/success] before the first Online class [offered once monthly]. wanted to avoid miscommunications and/or malfunctions/misunderstandings.and I missed the first 30 minutes. I called and emailed ISI repeatedly afterwardslike a black hole. Very poor to non existent ISI followup. The class would also freeze up for 1 to 3 to 5 minutes @ a time during the class.

I made a second month/attempt and the class froze permantly halfway. It was to be viewed prior to my 6 Coaching sessions. Since I can't take the Online Class, and they didn't help me make it happen for me [breach], I can't take the six Coaching sessions. I paid for the Manuel, the Online Class and the 6 phone Coaching sessions. ISI promised me an Online Class. ISI didn't deliver and their vendor, hotCommCL, did not work right.

I'm not the first customer to have problems with this software/media. ISI didn't perform on their agreement with me. This constitutes a Breach of Contrac. I want Sid Sperry's ISI to return my money. Due to ISI's breach of contract, I want my $2000 back plus damages [minus the price of the book].We're seeing nothing but smoke and mirrors.

I, then, looked ISI up on The Internet and everything became very clear. They've done this to hundreds of folks. Because of ISI's breach of contract, losses, damages and our expenses incurred so far, we've really been hurt.

Please, do NOT do business with Sid Sperry/ Grow Rich Stay Rich/ Income Strategies Institute [ISI].

They are in a Breach of Contract w/ me. They did not try to help untill After I disputed the charge!

If Sid Sperry?ISI/GRSR will Begin providing the services promised, they WON'T have to keep changing Company names to Continue doing business.

Doing the right thing Can't be that expensive, Sid Sperry! Besides, Sid, you'll sleep much better!

Sid Sperry, do the other Elders, Bishops, the Council and the current Prophet and President of your faith know of your "business dealings"? Have they taken you to task. Most folks I know of your faith deal with integrity and "straight up". What happened to you? Are they going to have to "disfellowship" you?... for you to do business ethically & professionally?

Sid Sperry, thank you for your time and consideration. Please, refund my money or @ least $1,925 and I'll send a corresponding report to this site.
