Rodney came out and gave us a quote for a fence. We wrote him a check which he cashed immediately. Long story short this was three months ago. We had to pay another company to install our fence and Rodney has promised to return the deposit several times - but still no refund. We work very hard for our money - this has really put us in a bind. I am a veteran and trusted this company to do the right thing- now I have to spend more money through the courts just to get my deposit back- shameful!

Weather and tree work

I started this job and was not able to complete it in a timely manner due to extreme weather conditions in Georgia. On the day I scheduled to finally complete the job the homeowner was having tree work done and asked me to reschedule. Then it rained for another two weeks.
Due to my schedule, myself and the homeowner agreed he would retain someone else to finish up what I had started. I offered a full refund after clearing debris, digging 25 plus holes and setting 25 plus posts.
I’ve tried to meet with the customer and rather than work with me to remedy this they have resorted to trying to ruin my reputation. I’ve tried for over two weeks to refund his money.
