Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
the owner,caroline grossinger will yell at or fire employee who do not participates in ripping off her customer and i was a 14 year employee that was at attendance during every monday morning meeting. she is a disgrace to the jewish faith. she will be arrested at some point(i hope)you can not steal fand cheat people with out getting caught.she may not know it but is the subject of many under cover sting operations.her days are limited in the free society.....

I have twice been a speaker at Grossinger stores. Mrs Grossinger is a competent owner and treats her employees well when they perform well. Her standards are very high. My understaning is that is that approximately 20% of the companies business is referrals and repeat customers. The sales business is a tough business and the failure rate is also very high. It is not unusual to have disgruntled employees that do not perform well and leave a store become angry and vindictive.
As regarding her religious beliefs, it is hard to believe her religious beliefs are relevent to your complaints, but they sound quite bigoted, in fact, it is antisemitic and quite distasteful..
