To open my statement, I'd like to be clear that it is possible that Groundfield LTD is not the offending company, and merely the transaction company for the unauthorized purchase. However, I have no other information to go on as I have not been released any details about the purchase.

On August 26th, 2015, my bank account was emptied due to a charge of $36.45 to uesupport.com 18558056152 GB S005238264002627 CARD XXXX

At the beginning of the morning I had just under $40 in my accounts and due to overdraft from the offending charge by a few cents was surprised to find out I had only 0.48 cents left in my savings. I had found this out when my card was declined while trying to purchase lunch. This was the only purchase attempted that day.

To make sure this wasn't a back-logged internet purchase, I crawled through all of my existing purchases. I had thought possibly it was for a canceled hosting package that would have been close to that amount, but that never went through. Nor was it for any advertising or other known purchases.

The purchase is categorized as "other shopping" in the bank statements. I can find no information on the company other than a landing page with support contact info and that it's listed as "Other internet services". I did find one site through extensive searching "megaeasyhookup.com" that claims purchases will appear as from UEsupport.com though I have never been to this site. I've also found mirror sites with the same or similar customer support stock photo and same design attributed to the same company Groundfield LTD at , c4ucustsupport.com/

I
have not recieved any support from them thus far, and am left to conclude that this is at best either a non discerning e-commerce solution for sites who would not have candid purchase details disclosed publicly on their clients bank accounts, or at worst a front for ID theft using a supposed purchase to direct funds directly to them.

It was quite surprising as I have been an extremely heavy internet user for years, and am typically on the extreme spectrum of security and have never been successfully targeted before. I am assuming it was released through some Facebook clickbait doing a scan on advertisement accounts, or possibly due to a public connection. I can think of no other software or hardware vulnerability on my system.
