Group Wise Inc. Scam to the fullest Hermitage, PA Pennsylvania

I purchased a Timeshare from this Wise Group back in November of 2016. The timeshare is located in Orlando. The recorded deed has a recording date of February 21, 2017. After calling several times, I was told that the warranty was not ready. The week purchased is in March and I wanted to use my week. The use of this timeshare is every other year, that means, that I have this  year 2017 to use.

Well, after calling many times and leaving messages to every possible extension, I finally got a call back from a person name Allan, looks like the last string on the calls to answer. This man answered only because I sent emails to them stating that I will report them to the BBB and also to Ebay, where I purchased the timeshare.

Yesterday, August 28, 2017 I finally received the Warranty Deed. I lost my week, if I want to use the week in 2019 I have to pay $900.00 in Maintenance and Taxes. What a Deal!!!

DO NOT make business with this company. They hesitated to send me and to transfer my documents on a timely manner. Every one of the people I spoke to blame others.
