GroupWise, Inc. They ruined my credit and took my money Hermitage Pennsylvania

I made the biggest mistake of my life trusting this company.  I paid them in excess of over 5,000 to take over my timeshare and was told that I wouldn't have to worry about anything ever again..... Boy, was that a lie.  First of all you can never get hold of them.  I have called their "administrative office" many, many, many times and left many, many, many messages to never get a call back.  My fees were not paid as promised and as a result my credit, that I have worked my whole life to have in good standings is ruined.  They do not know the first thing about customer service.  The only thing they cared about was getting my money and after that they didn't have time for me.  I have found out that I could have gotten rid of my timeshare on my own, either selling on eBay or the resort would have taken mine back, free of charge or penalty.  I am mad at myself for not doing my homework and investigating my options before I met with these crooks.  Save yourself money and aggravation.... do not trust them.
