GSPN CRYSTALS company sent the items however it was damaged,they are refusing to issue a refund, customer service rep. called me stupid for not reading the very last super tiny print on the 5 page web page stating policy Farmingdale New Jersey

Placed an order for a chandelier with GSPNCrystals, I received the item however it was damaged, I emailed the company I was told to call them to rectify when I did the rep. told me there was no refund this I believe should be at the very top of the web page it is not. I tried to explain to her the item was defective and she kept cutting me of and was very rude finally she told me that I was stupid for not reading the refund policy.
I went back on the web page and at the very botton of a 5 page website in very tiny print there was the information. I believe that if an item is damage and or defective it should be refunded. They just want to replace the parts, that will not do I had to purchase a new fixture because the contractor needed to move on to another job and having to wait on light fxture was becoming too costly. The product although pretty is not the quality that they have advertised, 1/8th of the pieces are of average quality the rest is very crappy and extremely inferior workmanship. Don't be fooled by the price.
