GT Servicing - Greentree ripoff sent a surrender of property to wrong owners. Arlington Texas

My husband Brandon also financed a home through conseco!He then lost his job due to illness. We called conseco, and they found someone to assume the note. Then they sold to Greentree. 4 1/2 years later we get this letter from GT saying to surrender secured property.

I call them up and give them the account # and it isn't even in our name. what worries me is that the new owner decided to not pay anymore and now they are coming after him.on our repoort with all Bureas it shows that we are paid in full!

What's even scarier we are expecting a approval on our new home today! I just hope that when i call back in about 15 mins the lady says they made a mistake! My husband has worked his hind end off trying to rebuild after his cancer! I am just afraid this is going to ruin everything.

GT doesn't seem to care from what other post I've read. these poeple need to close their doors and get some one who knows how to do business the right way.
