This seller was to ship us dimoands per the contract we signed with him. it is apparent that he has scammed us and no longer picking up his phone.

Interesting how an unconfirmed "person" or wannebe diamond dealer can post a lot of trash on this forum. Here is roughstones achilles heel.
He is sanctioned from buying rough stones in South Africa. Why? Fraudulent conduct. What he ommits in his posting is that he refused to pay the applicable State taxes for rough diamond trading.
Question now arises if he pays taxes in his US state of residence??

"Rough Diamond" or whoever you are, you are the scammer here. Please tell the truth that you are;
1. Not allowed to trade in Rough Diamonds in South Africa anymore;
2. That you refused to pay local Statury taxes as is prescribed for rough diamond trade in South Africa;
3. Maybe you are a tax dodger too in the USA.
