 Do NOT work for this company unless you want to drive 16 to 20 hour days. With this company you will drive round the clock and if you are lucky if you get a day off. If you turn down a load due to being out of hours, need down time, or have family emergency they terminate you..... The owner of this company has his managers tell you that we do make you run illegal but if you do not then they terminate you. You get paid a salary that does not come close to match all the hours you work. You will have to work about a 100 hour work week. With the salary they pay you get paid less than minimum wage and they do not pay per diem. You are lucky that they actually pay for the fuel because this company is CHEAP. The owner needs to go back to college to learn how to run a business and treat employees.
