GTL CONNECT NETWORK STOLE $50- PUT $50 into an account for an inmate and then they MOVED the inmate to a different facility and they REFUSED to transfer the $50 to where the inmate was transferred to, so they could use the money, and they refused to refund the $50 also........ SOOOO, i guess they think they are keeping $50 for free... NOPE... I'm also filing a chargeback with my bank. KARNES CITY TX Texas

I contacted GTL ConnectNetwork, and spoke to a Mr. Vasquez, who stated the $50 that was deposited is not eligible for a refund.... even though the facility transferred the inmate to a different facility, they will not transfer the money for him to use, and they will not refund the money... this is ONLINE THEFT. I don't care what he states is their policy.

This service/company is STEALING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS EACH YEAR IN FEES and REFUSING TO MAKE THE FUNDS DEPOSITED FOR INMATES UNAVAILABLE FOR THEM TO USE.

THEY NEED TO BE SUED AND CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
