This company is built upon dishonest scam artist who have a long history of ripping people off. They are a boiler room company that sets up new names, phone numbers and smoke and mirror addresses.
If you are looking to file a lawsuit against them then you will need to have them served at their physical address.

They sell lists of dead people, disconnected numbers, and people who are not what they sell the list as being. They also do not follow their own policy to allow customers to cancel orders.

I totally agree with the comments about this company scamming people. It happened to me and I will file my own complaint, in addition to these comments.
An obvious sign that there is a problem is that Guaranteed Lists doesn't seem to be around any more. Any links about Guaranteed Lists gets redirected to Universal Lists. It is my opinion, that the company had to change it's name due to the many complaints it received.
I highly encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to keep looking and invest their money elsewhere.
