IN MAY GUARDIAN FINANCIAL COMPANY CALLED MY HOUSE AND OFFERED ME A CREDIT CARD FOR NO LESS THAN 2,000.00 AND SAID THERE WILL BE NO CHARGES FOR 6 MONTHS AND THEN IT WILL BE AT 4.9%.
THEY STATED THAT THEY NEEDED TO HAVE THE FEE PAID UP FRONT AND THEN THAT WILL GET MY CREDIT CARD TO ME MORE QUICKLY.
SO, I GAVE MY INFORMATION AND I STILL DID NOT GET MY CREDIT CARD IN WHEN THEY TOLD ME I CALLED BACK AND THEY SAID THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE IT NUMBERS. AND THAT I SHOULD HAVE IT ON JUNE 7,2004 SO, AGAIN I WAITED AND THEN THEY SAID THAT IT WAS SENT DOWN TO SHIPPING AND SHOULD BE COMING TO FED EX AND I SHOULD RECEIVE IT SOON.
I CALLED FED EX AND THEY STATED THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING AND THEY NEED A TRACKING NUMBER. SO, AGAIN I CALLED THEM AND THEY STATED THAT THEY ARE NOT SURE WHEN IT WILL BE SENT OUT THEY NEED TO WAIT UNTIL MORE CUSTOMERS ARE READY TO GO. AND IT SHOULD COME THROUGH THE MAIL.
THIS COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND THEY YELL AT ME, CALL ME A LIAR,THEY HAVE LAUGHED AT ME, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND DEAL WITH THEM THAT WAY. CALL THE FEDRAL TRADE COMMISION AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
I FINALLY GOT THIS BOX IN THE MAIL FOR DISCOUNTED THINGS AND NO CREDIT CARD THEN THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THAT IF I FILL OUT THAT INFORMATION THE IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS I WILL GET MY CARD.
I CLOSED THE BOX SENT IT BACK WITH A LETTER STATING I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN 7 DAYS THEY DID NOT COMPLY.
THEN I GOT MY BANK INVOVLED AND THEY DID A 3 WAY NOW THEY SAID THAT THEY TOLD US THAT THERE WAS NO CANCELLATION REFUND AND THAT THEY TOLD US THAT AND IT WAS A TAPED MESSAGE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD LET ME LISTEN TO IT AND TURNED IT DOWN SO LOW I COULD NOT HEAR IT I SAID I CAN NOT HEAR IT I AM HARD OF HEARING AND THEY SAID YOU ARE A LYER, THE MAN SAID THIS IS AS LOUD AS I AM TALKING.
THAT WAS JAMES.
PLEASE LEAVE YOUR MESSAGES HERE SO, I CAN WALK INTO SMALL CLAIMS COURT WITH THIS PROOF THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS TO EVERYONE.
I AM ALSO GOING AFTER PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

I am also a victim to this company. I have been hung up on, and I simply refuse to speak to them anymore. I have filed a complaint form with The Attorney General in New York and I am waiting to find out what is going to happen. I sincerely hope that I will get my money back. If there is anything that I can do to help please let me know. If there is going to be a class action suit on these people I would love to be involved. Something has to be done to stop them because they are taking alot of money from alot of people.
