I bought 2 quarts of the "Jutrian Rx" hydrogen peroxide product almost three months ago. I sent money via PayPal, through the secure order form on their site, http://www.dfwx.com/h2o2.htm.

After several weeks, I wrote email inquiring the status of my order. Not receiving a reply, I tried calling the number listed on http://www.dfwx.com. That webpage is for the Dallas-Ft. Worth Wedding Exchange, and I do not know if or how these two companies are related. Neither website makes any mention of the other, even though they belong to the same web domain!

Every time I call the phone number, I get an answering service. I have left my name and number and still have not gotten a response. I have left 5 or more emails to two different listed addresses and not gotten a reply.

had no problems

AUTHOR: Adept Sage - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, February 27, 2016

Hi there this is my first time ordering from gaurdians of eden and my shipment came as planned it was a day late but we had a snow emergency statewide here in Michigan so I'm sure that played a role . The package was double bagged with a heavy plastic bag and the product was exactly what I ordered. I don't know much about the company so I was researching and came across this report and had to say my experience with them has been good.

Unfriendly person

AUTHOR: Dave999 - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, September 03, 2009

On GOE's plus side, I can say that "Don" (dfwx22 at gmail.com) responded quickly to a question about his company's reputation.

On the other hand, his email was unfriendly and defensive, while subtly suggesting I should go to hell (not in those words). His defense was arguing that all the complaints are from his competitors.

I certainly would never purchase from someone who clearly doesn't think his customers are important enough to engage in a dialogue. (In addition, his website really sucks - I mean, come on - what legit site uses at least 6 different font sizes and 5 different colors all mashed together in one long page?)

As to their product, I can't say. I've never tried it and never will.

Wish I could recommend an alternative, but this stuff seems to be REALLY hard to find - at least from anyone reputable!

I have purchased many things the last 2 years from G.O.E. - very satisfied customer

AUTHOR: Kellibear From Sf - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 06, 2009

I have purchased gallons of food grade H2O2 from Guardian of Eden, along with their sea salts and a few other products. Two months ago I made a purchase for about $150 using paypal, and the product never arrived. I waited about 1 month to contact them, even though the merchandise usually arrives within one week. I spoke with Don who was extremely pleasant and resolved the issue immediately.

A package was shipped within the first 2 days of my order. He referenced the tracking number and the day it was delivered. I live in a large apartment building and the item must have been removed (stolen) from my doorstep, as I have had several other things delivered there before, but am gone during the day until 7 or so in the evening. Don asked me if I wanted a refund or for him to ship the items again, as he was genuinely concerned that I didn't receive what I purchased.

I received the 2nd shipment of merchandise within the week, which the company covered. This was very kind of them considering that they could prove the item was delivered to my doorstep. I was very pleased with their customer service & immediate resolution. I will continue purchasing items from them.

Lastly, I don't believe that the original complaint is valid. Several months ago I left a voicemail at the contact number provided by G.O.E. about some cobalt blue liquid droppers. Don called me back the next business day.

I have bought from Guardian of Eden recently

AUTHOR: Viriato - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, December 14, 2008

I've bought from this company recently and I'm sorry to hear about the original person's experiences. But I feel that I had to come in and say that I ordered and I did get the H2O2 that I ordered in great condition and it arrived fairly quickly.

So, in my experience this company is for real. Why they supposedly didn't reply to this person's emails and phone calls I don't know. All companies can go through anything and this seems like a relatively small operation.

As far as the wedding web site association, this is understandable since the root domain (http://www.dfwx.com/) does in fact load a wedding related web site.

Guardian of Eden can do business however they want to and a web site the way that they want it to be but one would think that they could afford a domain just for Guardian of Eden instead of making a sub directory under a wedding related site for the products.

Also, the state of the web site does not add to their credibility. I know from marketing online that many "crappy" looking web sites can do very well and many good looking web sites don't make sales. But "crappy" really means simple and GOE is not just a simple web site but has the appearance of an "unfriendly" one and had I not been highly interested in trying the H2O2 and not found at least a couple of positive comments about the company that seemed reliable I would probably have never ordered.

Now it appears to me now that from experience I can in fact trust them because I have had one positive experience so far but generally I would never trust a web site that looks like theirs unless I have a good reason or hunch to. Then again I feel that way about any site. A person can't necessarily just trust a slick looking site that is easy to navigate either but their site looks like it was made in the stone age. A little organization at the minimum wouldn't hurt.

It has a lot of information but it has basically little or no navigation, can be confusing, easy to get lost in, and is not visitor friendly not to mention that the company appears to be American but the most of the content doesn't seem to be written by a native English speaker even though it probably is and doesn't make it easy, at least for me, to take them seriously. I'm not even talking about occasional typos, wrong spelling or whatever consistent errors that all or most people make.

A person has to check it out their articles to see what I mean.

Like I said, maybe these people have a good reason for having their web site this way and it's up to them but even though it doesn't communicate a whole lot of trust, in spite of its appearance, they do in fact appear to be trustworthy so if you are interested in food grade H2O2 (I haven't tried anything else of theirs) all I can say is that my experience has been good and that's really what matters in the end.

Response to complaint

dThe complaint above is 4 years old. No information is provided by the person (if a person and not just a competitor) to explore the claim. RipOff Report does not confirm anything nor provide any information.

The complaint is false. Our company is not connected to any wedding business.

We have been in business since 1998 with many thousands of sales each year. The person or competition filing this complaint provides no information to even check if this person was a customer and its contents are clearly false.

Paypal will refund in full to any complaint filed unless delivery confirmation is proven by the company, so the complaint would appear to have no validity on it's face. Although rare, FedEx and UPS will deliver to the wrong address. When this happens, we reship or refund in full - the customer's choice.

Notably, of the thousands of sales a year, less than 1 complaint if filed a year. We have no way of knowing if the person filing the complaint is legitimate or just one of the many fly-by-night competitors that come along. RipOff Report does not verify any complaint and does allow anyone or any organization to create an email address and file any complaint, even if completely false or just a competitor filing a false complaint.

If this person believes they paid and never received their order, Paypal (our credit card processor) would refund 100% unless we proved the product was delivered to the address they provided. Paypal also would have canceled our account years ago if we did not deliver products.

paypal or guardian of eden (jutrian rx)

AUTHOR: Michael - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 24, 2005

I ordered my food grade hydogen peroxide 35% from G.O.E. and received the product in three days. Some who use paypal have reported rip offs in using this service, although this has not been my experience. G.O.E. of 400 e. main st., wolfe city, tx. is best of the best for hydrogen peroxide marketers in my opinion. Their webpage under Guardian of Eden is easy to research. It is straightforward and provides complete product information. I recommend it highly.

I too bought Jutrian RX

AUTHOR: Lezlee - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, July 29, 2004

I also purchased a bottle of Jutrian RX on or about the 19th of July. I was just starting to think that I was ripped off when a bottle arrived yesterday in good condition. The company isn't very good at responding to paypal receipts or emails, so I'm not sure I will buy from them in the future. Of course, it depends on whether the product does what it claims.

Thanks,
