My counsel has prepared a rip off report about Mike Smith from Guerilla Website Design (madebyguerilla) of Knoxville, TN to warn others from doing business with this Wordpress web developer.

Mike Smith is very aggressive and responsive on the sales front, and insists payments are made in advance. He is superb at following up timely. However, once you enter into the work agreement, his responses disappear. You will have to constantly stay on top of requests, repeat yourself numerous times, and have to spend more time chasing tasks he promises but does not complete.

He has a program in place where his emails sent to you vanish from your inbox after you check it. After months of going back and forth, he has not reverted back to me at all and has not honored my demand for a full refund for services not performed. My business has been impacted significantly since then and I've lost valuable time as well. I could have sue for damages but just want full refund at this point so I can hire someone else to complete the tasks I need done.

This Wordpress developer has several unfulfilled contracts to date. He is notorious for asking for the payment upfront and then disappearing and not delivering on the services promised. I made a mistake by hiring him and now am out of the $800 I paid. I should have read several of the rif off reports that have been filed about this business.

I'd appreciate it if the BBB can create a record for this business, which will allow me and several other victims to file their grievances and rate the business. This will help future customers from being misled like we were.
