 I brought and paid for 2 cell phones on ebay. from a seller ID cool-star

I had to send one back for repair because it was faulty.

The seller promised to send a replacement phone.

I waited several weeks and when the phone never arrived I contacted the seller who asured me it was in the post.

I waited several more weeks and sent another message, there was no reply.

I was by this time blocked from conact with the seller by ebay so I contacted him by adding his product to my shopping cart.

I told him he was a theif, he replied saying I was a lier and he had sent the phone and he would resend.

 but it was another lie by cool-star

That was several weeks ago now and no phone, no refund and no reply to my messages.

I am now sending constant messages with no reply.

Ebay refuses to help or even talk to the seller about it because it has past there deadline so in my book they are helping this seller steal my money
