sides. Gulf Coast insists their drivers NEVER enter a property without consultation with the homeowner or contractors. THIS IS NOT SO! Their driver had no such discussion, but rather drove directly from the road
onto my property. AFTER their truck was on my property. Discussion as to the location of my septic system did then occur. In previous deliveries I had taken down sections of fence to allow heavy deliveries to avoid
my drive and apron. Gulf Coast did not have ANY discussion with ANYONE until the apron was badly broken.
Gulf Coast refuses to participate in the repairs which were done by Wiggins at a sharply reduced price of $150.00. They adamantly (and incorrectly) insist their driver was instructed to drive on the apron. This is part and parcel to their refusal to correct damage which they caused.
Their driver should have obviously recognized the apron as having been poured recently, yet he drove directly upon it with no discussion with anyone prior to doing so.

The Better Business Bureau after being advised of the foregoing damage liability has no record of this complaint posted on their site. No acknowledgement or action was initiated on this complaint generated by the homeowner. This business is now rated A+ with no complaints shown. Gulf Coast Ready Mix has distanced themselves from any liability based on the totally false statements by the driver that he was told to enter over the newly poured concrete apron. This is patently FALSE!
