 Don't ever move to Gulf Grove apts. The landlord Tommy Talvor and is wife is on crystalmeth and pills, They go door to door asking people do they have pills. He doesn't fix anything and he is a a******. He's wife will tell you that he is ripping off the owner and draining him of all his money. And he has the wool pulled over the owner eyes so he can't see what's really going on in those apts. He talks to people and there kids any ole kind of way and he is very disrespectful. I didn't have a stove in my apartment for 6 months and he didn't even attempt to bring me one. And mind you I have a child. I had mold and roaches in my apartment he would even have some one to come out and spray for the pest that I had in my apartment. Or clean the mold. As a matter of fact all the apartments have mold in them and it's a few that has bed bugs. That has never gotten taken care of and he still rent these apartment out to people. Thats not right. And I tired to go talk to the owner he always say he was busy. He won't let anyone get close to him cause he scared that they will tell what's going on at those apts. It isn't a nice place to live he will rip you off and it's not a safe environment. So please don't move there.

He over charges people on there rent so he can use it to go to the casino!! The people that he had working for him he wasn't paying them and if he did it wasn't all of there money. He is a felon so I don't understand why he is over gulf grove apts. He doesn't fix anything. I stead in my apt for 6 months without a stove I had mold in my bath room as well as ant beds coming up under the carpet. I complained but he still didn't do an thing about it. when you try to go the office to talk to the owner he always say he is busy. So u can't complain about the conditions of the apt. If the owner knew what was really going on. Trust and believe he still wouldn't be there. Don't ever move to gulf grove apts . it's a terrible place to stay they have roaches mold and termites and bed bugs in the apts. So please don't move there. He will rip you off.
