GULF TRADING INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS GTTI FAROUK MOWZER FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS , FRAUDULENT TANK DOCUMENTS NON PERFORMANCE ON COMPLETING JET FUEL PURCHASE DUBAI

GTTI ON MAY 24, 2018 SENT AN ICPO FOR RUSSIAN JET FUEL 2,000,000 BBL FOB ROTTERDAM.

THE COMPANY ALSO SUBMITTED A TANK STORAGE AGREEMEnT FROM ROTTERDAM RENYAP MULTISERVICE NL . GTTI CLAIMED THEY WERE JOINT VENTURED WITH A COMPANY CALLED GLOBAL LINK ENERGY CORPORATION OPERATING OUT FROM PORT MOODY BRITISH COLUMBIA CANADA.

CHECKING UP WITH GLOBAL LINK CANADA WE QUICKLy DISCOVERED THIS IS JUST A FRONT NAME TO HAVE AN ADDRESS IN  CANADA. NOT A SINGLE OFFICERS LISTED ON THE DOCUMENTS ARE FROM CANADA. THEY ARE FROM William Rourie from  SOUTH AFRICA AND MARIA RIVAS MORILLO from PUERTO RICO.

 THE FRAUD CAME WHEN  GTTI AND GLOBAL SUBMITTED THE RENYAP MULTISERVICE BV NOTICE OF READINESS AND ATV on MAY 31 2018

ON JUNE 1WHEN THE FUEL REFINERY URAL OIL CALLED RENYAP AND PRESENTED THE NOR AND ATV . 

RENYAP MULTISERVICE DIRECTOR STATED THE DOCUMENTS PRESENTED WERE FAKE OR FALSIFIED.

RENYAP CLAIMED THAT NEITHER GTTI AND GLOBAL LINK HAD PAID FOR TANK STORAGE AND DOES NOT HAVE TANKS RENTED AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THE DOCUMENT WAS NOT FROM RENYAP IT WAS A FAKE. 

An email forwarded from RENYAP Director Liza Lauren Santellan stated that Both companies presented a FAKE document and has not paid for any Tank Rental for 2,000,000 BBl . 

When we questioned GTII ON JUNE 2 regarding the FAKE Documents  Mr Farouk Mowzer claimed that an employee of Global Link created the fake document and was terminated. We asked why would they falsify the NOR ATV if they already have a valid TSA agreement? Mr Farouk just kept stating there was really no scam as it was just an error created by the employee. That the employee had been terminated

However, when confronted him that there are no employees working for  Global Link Vancouver, he kept insisting that the employee that created the document was terminated.

GTII together with Global Link submitted another letter  claiming from RENYAP .

FOR THEIR CLOSURE OF THEIR DEALS"

ACCORDING TO OUR TANK STORAGE AGREEMENT, WE HEREWITH CONFIRM THAT AFTER PRESENTATION OF A
VERIFIED FRESH Q&Q DOCUMENTATION AND THE ACTIVATION OF THE RELEVANT TANK CAPACITY ACCORDING TO
OUR TSA BY OUR CLIENT WE WILL EMIT A TSR AND A NOR STATING THAT OUR TANKS ARE CLEAN AND READY FOR
STORAGE OF THE GOOD IN SUBJECt

We once again questioned the Authenticity of the Document and suggested that they make the call to RENYAP and confirm that everything will be ready for the Refinery to proceed. Mr Farouk Mowser agreed that they will update us on Monday, June 4.

on June 4, 2018  after GTII had promised that they will be on the call to confirm the Letter. from Renyap. 

RENYAP sent an email i in reference to the Tanks readiness..

Dear Mr. 

Thanks for your email received which the content therein is well comprehended, this is to confirm to your esteem GTII company that upon making payment/confirmation, we at the office of Renyap Multiservice BV hereby again confirm to you that we will issue our TSR, NOR and ATI to you GTI to present to your refinery for immediate proceeding of the transaction and the cost per day for 500,000 barrels is 26,000 Euros and the minimum days to be secured is 5days. 

when asked about this email from Renyap to Mr Farouk , he claimed that he did a deal with another party and agreed they will only proceed with 500,000 BBL of tank rental instead of the 2,,000,000 bbl athat was signed and agreed by GTI to purchase.

We stated they signed a Commercial Invoice to purchase 2,000,000BBL from the refinery and to only have 500,000 bbl is not sufficient to accomodate the rest of the jet Fuel

This Mr Farouk Mowzer is a FRAUD and a LIAR. GTI did not respond back and sis not perform to the Sigend Commercial Invoice that they committed to purchase.

They were also told they will be blacklisted and reported to other refineries for SCAM, FAKE DOCUMENTS AND NON PERFORMANCE.
