Gulfstream Nose cap insulation missing Nappanee Indiana

While searching for the source of a water leak in my Canyon Trail RV, I found out the nose cap insulation was missing.  When I told Gulfstream about the problem they stated it was past warranty and they would do nothing about it.  The reason this wasn't mentioned during the warranty period is that who or for what reason would a customer take off the nose cap or look inside it.  I only found the problem when I removed an LED light in the nose cap and looked down inside the nose cap.  The advertised R-14 insulation is now about R-1.  This problem is only one of the list of problems I've had with this trailer RV.
