Guthy-Renker VitaClear ProActiv Shipped unrequested products, lied about cancelling my membership multiple times, threatened to turn me in to collections Palm Desert California

I ordered ProActiv and VitaClear, acne products, for my girlfriend last year. Long since then, I cancelled the membership because I stopped seeing my girlfriend and I didn't need the products. I called to cancel my membership and the lady on the phone confirmed that my account was cancelled.

I later lost my debit card and got a new one from my bank. They were still trying to charge the old debit card but couldn't access my bank account.
They started mailing me letters telling me how much I owed them.

I called them again and told them I had done this before and I demanded they cancel the membership. They told me they couldn't cancel the membership until I payed up. SO I DID. I sent them money for products I didn't order, and didn't even receive because I was at a new address. I took the name and employee number from the lady I spoke with. She said with payment received, my membership would then cancel.

I kept receiving mail from them saying they had made ANOTHER SHIPMENT, to my old address. They were able to change my mailing address for me, but not the shipping address, so I wasn't even getting the shipments.
I called A THIRD TIME, this time very angry but the representative I spoke with assured me that she would change the shipment to "never sent" status
and the prior shipment, which I paid for, to "gift status." Apparently I should have been refunded for that one, but...

Later, my parents received a letter (they were listed as my permanent address) demanding the payment that I had already sent them, the one that I was told would be made a "gift", and that they were going to turn me in to collections.

I don't know what to do anymore. I'd like to sue them for this.
