I've had a lot of car buying experiences and this is by far my worst one.I bought a vehicle from these people, and I don't know what devil kept me around these people all that time.

I flew to San Antonio to buy a 2003 Land Rover Freelander from these people. Before flying in, I called and talk to "Jenny Gonzalez".. These were my questions and her answers on the phone.

Hello, is the car still available?                 Yes

Is there anything wrong with the engine?  No

Is the Engine light on?                           No

And we agreed on a price. An hour later, I called her and told her I book my flight and will be in San Antonia in 3 days. She assured me that her boss will picked me up at the airport.

3 days later, at the San Antonia AIRPORT, I called Jenny to check if there was anybody waiting for me and this is her answer " My boss said that he can't come pick up because he had such experience in the past before, and would like you to take a cab to the dealership". Ok...I'm here at the airport ...what can be such a bad experience? Pick me up and take me to the dealership" . Finally, I took a cab which they paid for.

Once I opened the car and turned the key, I was reading " SERVICE ENGINE SOON". I said " you told me the engine light was not on" and her and "best friend" TONY or THOMAS GUTIERREZ (I believe son of the owner), said "it just started 2 days ago....and the mechanic said the pistons are loose....No big deal!! the car is running fine.."

I said ok! Can somebody follow me with to the Landrover dealership with the car to have them check the engine. After consertation, they went inside the office to come back and tell me that "the land rover dealership is 45 min to an hour away from here, and we can't go there.".  I assure you people, that I check the closest land rover dealership in San Antonio the day before flying to San antonio. This is the address (13660 IH 10 W, San Antonio - (210) 561-4900 ) and and it is located 17 minutes away from the Gutierrz P auto sales (7272 Culebra Rd, San Antonio).

At that point, I was amazed.; I was really amazed...I could not believe my ear and eyes... Please Mr. Gutierrez, replace those little demons you put in your office by some correct people. I know it might save you money employing your son and his girlfriend, but please, if you like your business, do replace them.
