GWINNETT PLACE NISSAN They ripped me off on 2 O2 sensors installation, charged me $1000 and when the check engine light came back they charged me another $250 and wanted to charge me another $1000 when one of the O2 sensors was faulty Duluth Georgia

Thomas, the service advisor told me that I need 2 O2 sensors installed to pass emissions, which was required because tghe check engine light came on, and charged me $1000 for it. The service engine light cam back after 2 weeks and I had another service center diagnose it and they told me one or both of the sensors Gwinnett Place Nissan installed were faulty. I took my Fro ntier back to them and they had me bring it back 2 times and agfter the extensive checking and re-checking was done told me that I needed 2 more O2 sensors rep;aced for another $1000 and that that was not the only thing but gave me an estimatioon for over $6000 of necessary repairs. I declined any more repairs and even though it was their responsability to replace tghe faiulty O2 sensor(s), they charged me $249 for the "inspection".

I had to pay and took my truck somewhere else to be fixed for $200. 

They treated me like I was a piece of garbage and returned my Frontier dirty, no compimentary car wash as advertised, the plastic protective sleeve still on the seat, tye paper mat and service tags still in the truck, I had to clean them up myself.

I WILL NEVER SET FOOT AGAIN IN THIS PLACE
